About Insika

Insika Foundation NPC was founded in 2012 and is a 100% Black and majority female owned entity. Currently Insika Foundation has a level 1 BBBEE score and has a footprint in Gauteng, Kwa Zulu Natal and the Western Cape. As a Not for Profit Organisation (NPO – /08-NPO Number 183-347) Insika connects business, government, and the community through social projects in the following key programmes:

    • Community Work Programme (CWP)
    • Internships
    • Training
    • Corporate Social Investment (CSI)

The Insika Foundation Promise

Insika Foundation empowers beneficiaries with tangible life skills. We appreciate that not all beneficiaries necessarily require the same thing – some people require a computer course, some a driver’s license and others may require some workplace experience. Our objective is to connect our beneficiaries based on their individual needs moving them from point A to B.

The Insika Foundation Journey

Insika Foundation started in Gauteng and then grew to Kwazulu Natal and the Western Cape. Initially we focused on community work but we have moved into training, internships, Learnerships, community work and motivational talks.
